Job Description:

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a proactive Contract Recruiting Coordinator with strong attention to detail. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the hiring process for all interviews at the Denver office. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and providing support to recruiters and hiring managers. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys interacting with others.

Job Responsibility:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Be the main point of contact for onsite interviews at the Denver office
  • Manage and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience
  • Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages
  • Assist with background checks, offer letters, and pre-employment paperwork
  • Assist with onboarding process with onboarding communication, new hire paperwork and conducting New Hire Orientation
  • Update headcount plans and New Hire spreadsheet with candidate names, offer letters, and new hires
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members to improve hiring workflows
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Help track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Create reports on hiring metrics and employee metrics utilizing Ashby and HiBob
  • Assist with HR projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (preferably in talent acquisition)
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby Preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
