Job Description

Our client, a global asset management firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a 6-12-month contract-to-perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support a rapidly growing financial services organization as it continues to build its U.S. hiring infrastructure. This role will partner closely HR, hiring managers, and external search firms to manage recruiting coordination and sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident interacting with candidates and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Partner closely with HR, hiring managers, and external search firms to manage recruiting coordination and sourcing efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, required
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or junior-level recruiting within a financial or professional services environment
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
  • Professional presence with the ability to communicate confidently with candidates and senior leaders
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms such as Workday and ADP, preferred
