We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts with a strong focus on corporate and engineering talent, helping hiring teams attract and secure candidates with relevant experience. The ideal candidate brings a proactive sourcing approach, strong stakeholder partnership skills, and hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems such as Paycom.
Job Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake discussions through offer coordination for a variety of corporate and engineering openings
Partner with hiring managers to define position needs, align on candidate profiles, and build effective search strategies
Develop and execute sourcing plans that identify talent with relevant experience through direct outreach, networking, and other recruitment channels
Screen applicants, conduct initial evaluations, and present well-matched candidates to hiring teams in a timely manner
Guide candidates through each stage of the interview process while maintaining a thoughtful and engaging experience
Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and pipeline updates within the applicant tracking system, including Paycom when applicable
Monitor hiring progress, communicate market feedback, and recommend adjustments to improve recruiting outcomes
Support recruiting operations and process-related updates as needed within established workflows and systems
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, including ownership of full-cycle hiring activities
Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at the same time
Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Experience using Paycom or a similar ATS platform
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with candidates and hiring stakeholders
