We’re looking for a contract / fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period at AdMed Inc. Time: ~30 hours/week (≈4 days/week) Duration: ~3–4 months, with potential for extension Location: Remote (US-based) Comp: Competitive hourly rate Roles you’ll recruit for: • Medical Writers • Account Executive • Assistant Medical Writer • Business Development Coordinator • Project Coordinator

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting medical writers and other agency medical communications roles
  • Comfortable owning searches end-to-end (sourcing → screens → shortlist)
  • Experience working in an ATS (Workable preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Prioritizes quality over volume
