Job Responsibility:
Support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across property management and corporate functions, including maintenance, operations, and professional roles.
Manage multiple requisitions while delivering a strong candidate experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, required.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required.
Experience recruiting in high-volume environments such as property management, retail, hospitality, or similar industries, strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (15-20+ at a time) across various functions and levels.
Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other creative channels.
Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e., iCIMS or similar), preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track candidate pipelines, provide updates, and meet deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive candidate experience.
