We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts for our team in Aston, Pennsylvania. The Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities and help attract, screen, and coordinate top talent across a variety of roles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple openings at once, and builds strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for open positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
Post jobs on appropriate platforms and proactively source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking
Review resumes and applications to identify experience in candidates for a variety of positions
Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit for role requirements
Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Track candidate activity and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely follow-up and detail oriented communication
Support offer preparation, all candidates required to undergo all candidates required to undergo all candidates required to undergo background check coordination, and onboarding activities as needed
Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruiting process
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate, agency, or high-volume hiring environments
Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing strategies
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and major job boards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring teams
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is a plus
