We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of behavioral health and social services roles. This individual will partner closely with HR and hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner. We are partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by trauma, domestic violence, and human trafficking. Due to continued organizational growth, the team is expanding across clinical services, advocacy, crisis response, and residential care. Job Responsibility:
Perform full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with HR Director, current hiring manager and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce priorities
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for clinical, programmatic, and support roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and community-based networks
Conduct resume reviews and initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit
Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Track recruiting activity and metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate quality
Provide market insight and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
Requirements:
3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency and/or corporate)
Experience recruiting for behavioral health, social services, nonprofit, or healthcare roles strongly preferred
Strong sourcing skills with proven ability to build candidate pipelines
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising on recruitment strategies
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
