We are seeking a driven contract Recruiter to join a growing fashion brand for a two-three month contract assignment. This role is a great opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are interested in contributing to an exciting company located in Beverly Hills.
Job Responsibility:
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging job boards and social media
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process
Proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders and provide strategic feedback regarding market trends and candidate availability
Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking in our HR systems
Support onboarding and offer/negotiation processes for select candidates
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally with experience in the fashion or retail industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills during initial training period

Familiarity with best practices in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms

Prior recruiting experience working in the fashion or apparel industries
