Contract Recruiter

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging job boards and social media
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process
• Proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders and provide strategic feedback regarding market trends and candidate availability
• Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking in our HR systems
• Support onboarding and offer/negotiation processes for select candidates

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally with experience in the fashion or retail industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills during initial training period
• hybrid schedule available after ramp-up
• Familiarity with best practices in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms

Prior recruiting experience working in the fashion or apparel industries
