We are seeking a results-driven Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to meet talent acquisition goals. Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting across various departments, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Proactively source passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruiting tools
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process, from initial contact to onboarding
Track candidate activity and hiring metrics using the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies
Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives, such as job postings and employer branding efforts
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Proven success sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever) preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, but not required
