Robert Half HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our client located in Atlanta, Georgia. This organization has a national footprint, and the majority of this work will be handled remotely. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent for both clinical and non-clinical roles, leveraging your expertise in high-volume recruitment. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely with occasional on-site meetings.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Handle high-volume recruiting efforts across clinical and non-clinical positions to meet organizational needs
Utilize Workday HRIS and Workday Recruiting tools to effectively track and manage applicants
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Identify top talent through proactive sourcing methods and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience
Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate skills and alignment with organizational values
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Attend occasional on-site meetings to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on high-volume hiring
Proven track record of recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical roles
Proficiency in Workday HRIS, Workday Recruiting, and related tools
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
Ability to source candidates using various methods, including direct sourcing and networking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers
Ability to start immediately and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work remotely with occasional on-site meetings
