Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations positions
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
Manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
Coordinate interviews and drive candidates through the hiring process efficiently
Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
Utilize Greenhouse ATS for pipeline management, tracking, and reporting
Help ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
