Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive technical talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for engineering and technical positions
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or manufacturing positions preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills and a passion for finding hard-to-reach talent
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pivot quickly and succeed on a lean, collaborative team
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
