We are seeking a French-speaking Contract Programme Manager to join a high-profile international initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine project management, event coordination, and participant engagement in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of a multi-module leadership programme, supporting five cohorts through both virtual and in-person sessions.
Job Responsibility:
Onsite Support & Light Co-Facilitation: Assist with team exercises and immersive activities during programme modules
Full Onsite Logistics Management: Liaise with venues
Prepare materials for activities and immersions
Coordinate catering and evening events
Ensure a seamless participant experience
Participant Communication: Manage end-to-end communications, including: Pre-work and intersession assignments
Logistics updates
Impact evaluation follow-ups
Programme Execution: Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth delivery across all modules
Requirements:
Fluency in French and English
Proven experience in programme management, leadership development, or similar projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable engaging with participants in both virtual and onsite settings
