Are you an experienced programme manager with a passion for delivering exceptional leadership development experiences? We are seeking a French-speaking Contract Programme Manager to join a high-profile international initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine project management, event coordination, and participant engagement in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of a multi-module leadership programme, supporting five cohorts through both virtual and in-person sessions.

Job Responsibility

  • Onsite Support & Light Co-Facilitation: Assist with team exercises and immersive activities during programme modules
  • Full Onsite Logistics Management: Liaise with venues
  • Prepare materials for activities and immersions
  • Coordinate catering and evening events
  • Ensure a seamless participant experience
  • Participant Communication: Manage end-to-end communications, including: Pre-work and intersession assignments
  • Logistics updates
  • Impact evaluation follow-ups
  • Programme Execution: Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth delivery across all modules

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Proven experience in programme management, leadership development, or similar projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with participants in both virtual and onsite settings
  • Ability to travel to Luxembourg as required
