This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and ensuring every client has a positive pre-construction experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Present and explain building contracts clearly to clients
  • Guide customers through documentation and compliance requirements
  • Manage workflow between sales, drafting, estimating, and construction teams
  • Track job progress to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
  • Prepare and review contract documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries quickly
  • Support the pre-construction process to ensure a smooth handover to site

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in contract administration, pre-construction, or coordination (volume builder experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong customer focus
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Framework experience ideal)
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across departments
