Job Description:

Your Next Opportunity Domaine Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking a Contract Presenter and Workflow Coordinator to join our growing team in Beresfield, NSW. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and ensuring every client has a positive pre-construction experience.

Job Responsibility:

Present and explain building contracts clearly to clients
Guide customers through documentation and compliance requirements
Manage workflow between sales, drafting, estimating, and construction teams
Track job progress to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
Prepare and review contract documentation for accuracy and completeness
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries quickly
Support the pre-construction process to ensure a smooth handover to site

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in contract administration, pre-construction, or coordination (volume builder experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong customer focus
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Framework experience ideal)
A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across departments
