A renowned cybersecurity company is seeking an experienced Contract PMO Manager to support an enterprise end client in the delivery of secure, cloud-native platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee multiple workstreams
  • Track progress
  • Manage dependencies
  • Ensure programme-level reporting is accurate and timely
  • Coordinate work across the programme
  • Enable the Programme Manager to focus on delivery and strategic oversight
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders in a highly regulated environment

Requirements:

  • Programme-level reporting and documentation, including status reports and dashboards
  • Tracking progress across multiple workstreams, highlighting risks and blockers
  • Managing dependencies between projects and teams
  • Milestone planning, tracking, and communication
  • Ensuring alignment across all project streams and work packages
  • Risk and issue management, escalation, and mitigation
  • Change control and impact assessment within complex programmes
  • Resource coordination across multiple streams
  • Supporting governance structures, steering committees, and programme boards
