Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues
Familiarity with various types of computer hardware, software, peripherals, and components
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in an IT Services role, preferably as a PC Technician
Relevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Comfortable with lifting and installing computer equipment, as needed

Job Responsibility

Provide technical assistance at client sites alongside our existing tech team
Assist in setting up and configuring Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows 10 systems at customer locations
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues
Ensure accurate documentation and monitoring of customer accounts
Participate in orientation and training sessions at the start of the contract
Adhere to scheduled timings and reporting instructions as provided by the team
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
