Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Contract Payroll and Benefits Specialist to provide support to their Total Rewards team. This is a contract-only opportunity designed to cover key payroll and benefits responsibilities during overlapping leaves of absences. Requirements:

5+ years of payroll and benefits experience, required

Experience supporting benefits administration (e.g., life events, transit changes, enrollments, and adjustments), required
Ability to independently review, catch, and resolve payroll discrepancies, required
Experience working in a highly detail-oriented, compliance-driven environment, required
