Beacon Hill is hiring for a Contracts Administrator / Paralegal to provide remote support to a busy legal team. This is a short-term contract opportunity with an immediate start, offering full-time hours and the potential for extension based on business needs. Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary administrator for vendor contracts, supporting intake, review coordination, execution, and post-execution management
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, routing, approvals, execution, and storage
Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, and other stakeholders to ensure timely contract processing
Prepare and process standard contract templates, amendments, renewals, and related documentation under legal guidance
Maintain accurate contract records within contract management systems and shared repositories
Track key contract details such as effective dates, expiration dates, renewal terms, and notice requirements
Respond to internal inquiries regarding contract status and documentation
Ensure compliance with internal processes and escalation protocols
Support ad hoc legal projects, including contract audits, data cleanup, reporting, and process improvements
Assist with cross-functional initiatives related to vendor management and operational efficiency
Review Statements of Work (SOWs) against Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to ensure alignment of governing terms
Update and adjust contract documents to match existing agreed-upon terms (no negotiation or redlining required)
Requirements:
Prior experience in contract administration, paralegal work, or a related field
Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a high-volume workflow and respond promptly in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and managing tasks through a queue-based system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
