Job Description:

The Contract Operations manager/expert is responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination between Finance, Sales, Project Management, and customers. This role ensures contracts are properly registered, assigned, monitored, and executed while supporting operational excellence and timely cash collection.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle – from creation and setup to execution, renewal, and closure, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation
  • Act as a central coordination point between Finance, Sales, Project Managers, and other internal teams to ensure clear ownership and smooth contract execution
  • Monitor contract performance and service delivery, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations
  • Support financial processes, including purchase orders, invoicing alignment, and cash collection tracking in collaboration with Finance and O2C teams
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, proactively monitoring contract status and ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Identify risks and manage escalations related to delivery or financial performance, while contributing to process improvements and optimization of contract management workflows

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management, operations, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Proficient language skills in French and English
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working across cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and handle escalations
  • Understanding of contract lifecycle and financial processes
  • Experience with SaaS or service delivery is a plus
