Contract Negotiator

• Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze physician and ancillary contracts in the Wisconsin and Minnesota Market
• Resolve escalated claims issues
• Support provider demographic data accuracy initiatives
• Explain reimbursement policies
• Assist in settlement negotiations with providers
• Ensure contract performance aligns with accessibility, compliance, quality, financial, and cost goals
• Establish and implement programs for Contract Negotiations initiatives
• Forecast industry changes and conduct business impact assessments
• Design systems to recruit providers for network expansion
• Integrate cross-functional collaboration for provider compensation and pricing development
• Manage cost issues and support cost-saving initiatives
• Support network development, maintenance, and refinement activities

• 3+ years' experience in provider contracting, provider relations or related experience
• Proficient in Office Suite, expertise in Excel and Word
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Reside in the Great Lakes region (Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota) with ability to work those states time zones
