Job Description:

Joining the Group Purchasing team as a vital part of our global transformation programme, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate migration of our commercial accommodation contracts into the new TUI Group contracting system.

Job Responsibility:

  • You will be responsible for loading our hotel partner supplier contracts into our contracting systems for transition to our new platform
  • You will support with the accuracy and data cleansing of supplier and room type data and ensure contracts match in existing and new systems
  • This will involve working with our Contracts Migration Managers, Group Purchasing Managers, Governance and Systems Support Teams as well as the local markets
  • In addition to the contract migration activity, you will support with general administration tasks required to support our global transformation. This may include such as: supporting Purchasing Managers with loading contracts and availability changes into our new supplier portal or chasing for signed contracts

Requirements:

  • A keen attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Good communication skills. Business Level English language skills as well as local language. German advantageous, but not necessary
  • Ability to manage workload to consistently deliver accurate work within agreed objectives and to tight timescales
  • Ability to learn quickly and not be afraid to ask questions
  • Good collaboration skills and work well as a team remotely
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Teams
  • Knowledge of the TUI portfolio of products and destinations is desirable
