Job Description:

You know that feeling when every deadline is met, every stakeholder is aligned, and every deliverable is buttoned up and ready to go? That's your happy place. You know when to follow up, when to escalate, and when to quietly fix something before it becomes a problem. People come to you because they know you'll have the answer, the timeline, or at least a really good system for tracking it down. You’re a true partner to the people you work with, knowing that no detail is too small to be important. If this sounds like you, and keeping projects on track, templates up to date, and cross-functional teams in sync calls your name, keep reading. Our team is looking for a Contract Manufacturing Coordinator who can bring structure, consistency, and a touch of spreadsheet magic to our day-to-day operations. We’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Contract Manufacturing Managers by coordinating critical administrative and execution focused workstreams that enable effective partner management
  • Manage timelines and communications, ensuring inputs are collected, tracked, and communicated clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Own Bill of Material coordination, including setting up quarterly templates, project managing cross functional teams to complete their inputs on time, and following up to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate quarterly Contract Manufacturer scorecard processes, including setting up templates, managing timelines, scheduling internal review meetings, sending follow up notes, and distributing finalized scorecards
  • Prepare and maintain partnership meeting agendas, notes, and supporting materials to ensure productive, organized cross-functional and external discussions
  • Support change management processes by tracking changes, coordinating documentation, and ensuring stakeholders are aligned on updates and impacts
  • Provide documentation support across the Contract Manufacturing team, ensuring information is organized, current, and easily accessible
  • Assist with the annual COGS budget process, including data collection, timeline tracking, and coordination with internal teams
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, or delays in timelines and escalate appropriately to support smooth execution

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, operations, supply chain, or project support role within a manufacturing, CPG, operations, or equivalent environment
  • Experience with Google Sheets, including pivot tables and vlookups
  • Experience working in a role that required tracking timelines, collecting inputs, and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

Experience working with external partners or vendors (suppliers, co-packers, etc.)
