Job Description:

A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Manager to join one of our clients who are a nationwide provider and highly established HVAC services company and specialise in providing servicing, maintenance and reactive repairs on a wide range of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and electrical etc.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing and managing a portfolio of high profile service contracts
  • Responsible for delivering and running bespoke maintenance and reactive repair works
  • Carrying out audits, site visits and client meetings
  • Working to strict deadlines to meet KPI requirements and contract deadlines
  • Liaising direct with the company's engineers, sub contractors as well as customers and clients on site
  • You will be required to split your time between the office and on site.

Requirements:

  • The ability to run and oversee multiple HVAC/Building Services contracts
  • Proven experience in a similar contract manager type of role
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment including heating, air conditioning etc.
  • Previous experience 'on the tools' would be beneficial but isn't essential
  • Must have a full UK driving license.
