We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee PPM, reactive works, and contractual delivery across a high-profile site. You will manage engineers, contractors, and support teams to ensure all work is technically compliant, completed on time, and meets client expectations.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring all PPM, reactive and remedial works run smoothly
Manage contractual compliance, processes, and client requirements
Provide technical support, fault-finding and problem resolution to site engineers
Audit and update site logbooks, records, and documentation
Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal support teams
Manage quotations, remedial works and pursue cost-efficient delivery
Support mobilisation processes, reporting, and 60-day updates
Maintain stock levels to support First Time Fix
Ensure full Health & Safety and risk assessment compliance
Lead recruitment, staff development, coaching, and performance reviews
Requirements:
Strong contract management background within building services / FM
Technical knowledge with the ability to support engineers on site
Excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills
Good commercial awareness and understanding of budgets/operations
Professional qualifications (M&E/HVAC or relevant discipline)
Good IT and organisational skills
Ability to lead, mentor and support teams effectively
