Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee high-value building / infra tenders and project management operations across Malaysia and various international locations
  • Lead the end-to-end bidding process for major building developments including value engineering and final cost accuracy
  • Manage strategic market intelligence by engaging with developers, consultants, and authorities to identify new business opportunities
  • Oversee project mobilization and the development of high-level procurement strategies for new project acquisitions
  • Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss targets and schedule status, to ensure business objectives are met
  • Direct claim management and dispute resolution processes to safeguard the commercial interests of the organisation

Requirements:

  • Experience in estimation or commercial management for building projects with major contractors
  • Extensive background in contract administration, including delay and quantum analysis and mastery of standard contract forms
  • Proven ability to manage project mobilization, manpower allocation, and financial forecasting for large-scale construction works
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills
  • Flexibility to undertake overseas travel or long-term international assignments as required by business needs
