Fortus Recrutiment are currently representing a local authority who are looking for a Contract Manager to join their property services division. A Contracts Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and financial delivery of the contract. As a Contracts Manager, you will evidence experience working within a main contractor or housing sector environment with a full understanding of responsive repairs, aids & adaptations, disrepair, damp & mould and void workstreams. Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients.
Job Responsibility:
Maintaining a high performance of KPIs, with regular reporting to client counterparts and surpassing requirements
Overseeing the delivery of all directly employed operatives, supervisors and office staff alongside any supply chain for your respective contract area/s
Managing actions from regular client meetings on operational performance
Implementing company values and strategy within your teams
Holding regular 1-to-1 meetings with reporting staff members to discuss performance and areas of development
Procurement, including negotiating packages of work with subcontractors and supply chain partners
Requirements:
5 Years’ experience working for a main contractor
Leadership experience
Good data interrogation skills
Competent in use of standard methods of measurement
