Reporting into the Commercial Manager you will play a key role in driving our mission forward building trusted client partnerships, enhancing commercial performance and helping to shape long term solutions that add value for both Grundon and our clients.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and nurture strategic client relationships and accounts
Build strong, collaborative partnerships founded on trust
Identify opportunities to support commercial growth and long-term value within the organisation
Develop and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions
Serve as a key link between Grundon and our clients, ensuring clear alignment and exceptional service
Ensure full compliance with all Company policies and procedures including health and safety and employment
Any other duties, such as ad hoc projects, as requested by the job holder’s Manager/Supervisor or the Board of Directors that are within the skills and capabilities of the job holder
Requirements:
At least 5 years’ background in sales and/or contract management
Experience and understanding of the hazardous waste management sector
Strong commercial insight with confident negotiation abilities
A proactive mindset with a focus on building effective partnerships
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands on account management
Genuine commitment to delivering positive outcomes for both clients and the business
