Do you have experience in contract management looking to make a significant impact in the renewable energy transition? Our client is the leader of the energy sector and is seeking a skilled professional to manage and oversee the contractual aspects of its dynamic portfolio storage projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of various contracts, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), O&M (Operation and Maintenance), and PPA (Power Purchase Agreements)
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, analyze, and manage contractual risks and liabilities to protect company interests
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate standards
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with external partners, suppliers, and internal legal/project teams
  • Change Control: Manage the contractual change order process, ensuring proper documentation and cost control
  • Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving contractual disputes and claims efficiently and favorably

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in contract engineering or contract management, specifically with large-scale EPC projects
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
