Job Description:

This role is responsible for handling, administering, and supporting the lifecycle of commercial contracts with distribution partners and Strategic Sales Organizations (SSOs). This role is critical in maintaining strong external partnerships and ensuring contract terms, support revenue goals, compliance standards, and business strategies! In addition to contract oversight, the role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key distributor and SSO stakeholders and providing customer-facing reports that support clarity, accountability, and performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain, review, and finalize distributor and SSO agreements, renewals, and amendments
  • Support the SSO & Distributor function in activities/processes such as management of Trace/Chargeback and Dispute Resolution processes for applicable trading partners in a timely manner as well as reconciliation of accounts receivable where the trading partner is on a chargeback model
  • Manage contract routing, approvals, and documentation within the contract management system
  • Ensure accurate contract entry, tracking, and file maintenance
  • Manage and work with SSO/GPO and Distributor agreements to get alignment on items, eligible member listing and other requirements
  • Setup and maintain Trading Partner Headquarter / Branch accounts and DCB Roll-up and Cross-Reference for all accounts, items, unit of measure and pack factor conversions, customer connections
  • Responsible for loading trace sales into the distributor chargeback system to facilitate chargeback processing and downstream internal and external reporting
  • Accountable for validating sales and resolving all errors related to sales, trace and chargebacks, i.e. cross reference errors, pricing errors etc
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external partners regarding contract terms, compliance, and critical issues
  • Collaborate with Contracts, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Care, Accounts Receivable & Payable to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and successful end-to-end contract management
  • Support business operations with contract questions, documentation, and renewals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management or business operations, preferably in a commercial environment
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or SSOs strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage external relationships and provide clear reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Proficient in Tableau, JDE, SAP etc.

Nice to have:

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with internal & external business partners
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and competing deadlines
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
  • CPA (accounting) designations strongly preferred
  • French Language skills an asset.
