We are seeking a Contract Management Lead to take ownership of end-to-end contract lifecycle management for managed services and special customer projects within the roaming and telecommunications domain. This role plays a critical part in shaping, negotiating, executing, and governing complex commercial agreements with external partners, while protecting the organisation and its customers from legal, regulatory, and commercial risks. Based in Budapest, the role operates in a highly international environment with senior stakeholder interaction and a strong focus on value realisation, service performance, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility
Lead all contract-related activities across managed services
draft, negotiate, and finalise commercial and legal terms for roaming agreements and special customer projects
ensure contracts include robust clauses addressing risks
oversee contract execution and monitor service delivery, revenue assurance, SLA performance
proactively manage contract performance
act as primary point of contact for contracting partners
support cross-functional collaboration and digitalisation initiatives
Requirements
Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation within the telecommunications or roaming industry
confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level leaders, in a complex, multinational environment
knowledgeable in roaming, interconnect technologies, and industry standards
self-organised, customer-focused, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
analytical and solutions-oriented
proficient in Microsoft Office tools
