About the Role: We are currently looking for a Contract Management Lead to join our Contract Management Unit in our Brussels office. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the team and create an inspiring team environment. Your role: In this role you will ensure fast response to demand, and maintain strong operational control through clear processes and tracking. This will include coordinate closely with Sales team, track the contracts pipeline, gaps, and risks. Distribute tasks including your own, and ensure the quality of the contract documentation under your responsibility. The Contract Management Lead is a dynamic role where critical thinking an capacity of prioritization is key. We expect you also to be an example for juniors profiles, showing them how to handle tasks and helping them grow.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Law, Communication
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and legal language
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in contract management
  • Experience leading a team
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Dutch and/or French are an asset
  • Experience in International/European environment
