Job Description:

Manufacturer company in Charlotte is looking for a Contract Logistics Coordinator to join their team for a project. Hours: 8:00-5:00, M-F. 22/hour. A global logistics team is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to support inbound Ocean/Air Import operations for Latin America. This role will focus on managing sales and transfer orders, ensuring accurate documentation across systems, and supporting inventory and bonded‑warehouse processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and track inbound sales and transfer orders from creation through completion
  • Maintain accurate order documentation, quantities, and status updates across multiple systems
  • Support inbound Ocean/Air Import logistics for Latin America
  • Work with CBP bonded warehouse processes and ensure all requirements are met
  • Perform inventory reconciliation and assist with related reporting
  • Utilize SAP S4/HANA to process and monitor orders
  • Work in Excel to track data, run formulas, and support reconciliations
  • Communicate with internal teams and LATAM contacts to ensure smooth order flow

Requirements:

  • Experience with inbound logistics
  • Ocean/Air Import knowledge required
  • SAP S4/HANA experience strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, reconciliation, tracking)
  • Experience with CBP bonded warehouse processes
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and accurate with documentation
