We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented team member to join our team in a Contract Lead OSA position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming front-office experience while also supporting essential administrative operations behind the scenes. The role centers heavily on reception and hospitality support, with additional responsibility for print, scanning, and mail handling to keep daily office activity running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome visitors, employees, and guests with a courteous presence while managing the front desk experience throughout the day
  • Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system promptly and courteously, ensuring inquiries reach the appropriate contacts
  • Coordinate hospitality-related tasks such as preparing common areas, assisting with meeting support, and helping maintain a well-organized office environment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and timely distribution
  • Support print and document services by scanning, copying, organizing, and preparing materials as needed for business use
  • Monitor front-office activity and respond to routine administrative needs to help maintain efficient daily operations
  • Keep records and documents organized so information can be retrieved quickly and processed correctly
  • Provide general office support across reception, mailroom, and document-handling functions as priorities shift during the workday

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in reception, office support, administrative services, or a similar customer-facing office role
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system with care and strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with document scanning, copying, and general print support tasks
  • Familiarity with mailroom procedures, including sorting, distributing, and tracking incoming and outgoing items
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming and detail-oriented front-of-house experience
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once while remaining organized and responsive
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced office setting and adjusting to changing daily priorities
