Our client, a large law firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator/Junior Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team for a 6-12 month assignment, with potential for extension or conversion. Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and keep hiring processes running smoothly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination and/or junior recruiting experience, required
  • Prior experience within a law firm, legal services, or professional services environment, preferred
  • Experience with interview scheduling and exposure to early-stage screening
  • Must have prior experience using Workday as an applicant tracking and recruiting platform
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High-energy, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days per week onsite in the New York City office
