Our client, a global management consulting firm, is seeking a Contract HR Coordinator to join to its talent team for a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion. This is a great opportunity to join a highly collaborative, down-to-earth organization that is actively supporting a high-volume recruiting season and investing in its people operations function. This role will play a key part in supporting recruiting coordination, onboarding, and core HR operations, including ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to support both recruiting and HR operations within a professional services setting. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of HR coordination or recruiting coordination experience required
  • prior experience within a professional services environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High-energy, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with ATS/HRIS systems is a plus
  • Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 3-4 days per week onsite in the New York City office
