Job Description

9-month Maternity Cover

Job Responsibility

  • Perform daily accounting and payment operations, including maintaining full set of accounts, accurate accounting data entry and invoice checking in collaboration closely with Shared Service Centre
  • Oversee all matters related to intercompany and ensure timely, accurate bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and monitor cashflow forecast
  • Assist in month-end closing including preparing management reports
  • Support annual audit activities by preparing documentation and consolidating required financial data
  • Assist the team on other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 5 years solid full-set accounting work experience preferably in MNC
  • Big 4 training a definite plus
  • Analytical and highly number sensitive, with great attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent computer application skills, practical knowledge of advanced MS Excel, and hands-on experience with financial systems and accounting software
  • A good team player, excellent interpersonal skill and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese

Experience in MSD and Zoho is an advantage
