Our client, a critical ICT services provider, is seeking a Data Process Manager to lead DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) data and process governance across international operations. This role sits at the intersection of data process management, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience, ensuring that all audit evidence, reporting workflows, and governance processes are fully aligned with European regulatory requirements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, implement best-practice processes, and support internal training to embed DORA-compliant data workflows.
Job Responsibility:
Lead data process governance initiatives under DORA regulations
Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end data collection and reporting processes for regulatory audits
Develop KPIs, SOPs, and operational controls to ensure compliance and evidence readiness
Coordinate with IT, security, risk, and service delivery teams across Germany & Switzerland
Conduct internal training sessions and workshops on data governance, audit requirements, and process compliance
Support the preparation and management of audit evidence, operational resilience reports, and regulatory submissions
Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and ensure continuous process optimization
Serve as a central point of contact for DORA-related operational data and compliance processes
Requirements:
Experience in process management, data governance, or operational excellence within ICT, cybersecurity, or regulated environments
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks: DORA, BAIT, MaRisk, ISO 27001, operational resilience
Experience managing audit evidence collection and reporting workflows
Ability to design, implement, and monitor process KPIs and controls
Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in German and English
Degree completed (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Germany & Switzerland)
