We are looking for a Contract Delivery Manager in Woking to spearhead our installation projects. This role will see you will be the driving force behind our on-site success, managing diverse teams across a wide geographical area. You will balance client requirements, safety standards, and business objectives to ensure we deliver a 'right first time,' customer-focused service at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage, mentor, and coordinate our employed internal installers day-to-day
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and equipping of our labour force
  • Conduct pre-, mid-, and post-installation site inspections and audits
  • Act as the go-to technical and logistical problem solver
  • Partner closely with our Woking office to align site activities with broader business goals
  • Ensure all teams (internal and external) update crucial IT systems accurately and on time

Requirements

  • A wealth of people management experience across varied roles, with a track record of driving performance in multi-disciplinary teams across a large geography
  • Solid project management experience with a deep understanding of technical delivery (including survey, design, compliance, and installation)
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, alongside strong negotiation tactics
  • The ability to think clearly, quickly, and decisively under pressure to resolve technical or logistical roadblocks
  • Sound working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, with the ability to confidently interpret and explain risk assessments and method statements
  • Proficient in MS Office packages with the ability to analyze data reports and use insights to optimize team performance
  • A full UK driving license is required for site visits and client meetings
  • A genuine passion for scaling operations responsibly while maintaining a culture of growth, quality, and sustainability

Nice to have

Previous experience or knowledge of working with funded schemes is highly desirable
