Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data Administrator to support the integrity and flow of contract-related data across multiple enterprise systems, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), asset management/billing platforms, and CRM tools. This role sits at the intersection of contract operations, data entry, and system reconciliation, ensuring that contract data is accurately captured, synchronized, and maintained across systems. The position will play a critical role in supporting operational accuracy, billing alignment, and audit-readiness.

Job Responsibility

  • Input, update, and maintain contract data within CLM platforms and related systems
  • Ensure contract metadata (terms, pricing, asset identifiers, billing triggers) is accurate and complete
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on consistency and precision
  • Reconcile contract data across: CLM platform, Asset management / billing system (e.g., TAS), CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between systems
  • Validate field-level data accuracy (e.g., dates, rates, asset IDs, customer details)
  • Support data flow between systems to ensure alignment across legal, finance, and operations
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (legal ops, billing, sales ops, procurement) to resolve data issues
  • Assist in tracking contract lifecycle events (execution, amendments, renewals, terminations)
  • Work with internal audit teams and external providers to address data discrepancies identified during reviews
  • Provide documentation and support for audit inquiries
  • Ensure contract data aligns with compliance and reporting requirements
  • Identify recurring data issues and recommend improvements to workflows and system processes
  • Assist with documentation of SOPs and data governance practices
  • Support CLM and system optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in: Contract administration
  • Legal operations
  • Data entry / data management OR similar operational role involving structured data
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data environments
  • Experience working across multiple systems (CLM, CRM, ERP, or billing platforms preferred)
  • Advanced Excel or data validation skills strongly preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and follow data across systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CLM platforms (DocuSign CLM, Icertis, Ironclad, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Exposure to billing or asset management systems (TAS or similar)
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or data validation efforts
