Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support a Phase 2 clinical trial in the lung transplant therapeutic area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site monitoring and clinical trial management, with direct experience supporting pulmonary or transplant studies. This is a home-based position for a CRA located in the Midwest/ Central U.S. region, with regular travel to assigned investigative sites across the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Clinical Research Associate (CRA) experience
  • Direct monitoring experience in pulmonary transplant and/or lung transplant clinical studies is required
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes
  • Experience managing high-performing academic medical center sites
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
