We are hiring a Contracts Coordinator to join our global commercial team, this role is hybrid and located in Gurugram, India.
Job Responsibility:
Work with the business and clients to ensure client SOWs are signed in a timely manner
Work with key business stakeholders to ensure all client SOWs are loaded into HighQ system
Identify key meta data points from SOWs and accurately enter data into HighQ system
Performs basis QC checks on SOWs before entering into the system
Supporting the management in matters related to the clients
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with all colleagues and clients
Strong IT skill set to include experience using Microsoft Office Systems
Excellent attention to detail skills
Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Analytical thinking and ability to streamline and improve business processes
Previous experience in contract coordination preferred
Minimum of a bachelor’s level degree
Demonstrated experience in best practice administration and the ability to prioritize work
Some background in working with Life Sciences / Pharma is preferable
