This role is crucial in ensuring compliance, effective contract management, and procurement excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development of Collaborative Energy Portfolio projects from inception to delivery
  • Ensure legal governance and EU-compliant procurement for innovative projects
  • Lead and manage tender processes
  • Manage contracts, ensuring compliance at framework and project levels
  • Support the 105 Single Emergency Number system and maximise its benefits
  • Review and administer contracts to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Develop procurement strategies and lead the procurement process for various projects

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of legal governance and EU-compliant procurement
  • Experience in contract management and procurement
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the energy sector or similar utilities
  • CIPS Level 4 qualification or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate Level
