  • maintain and update the contract correspondence register, variation log, and claim records
  • assist in the preparation of time and cost-related claims with supporting particulars, in cooperation with technical and planning teams
  • track key deadlines (e.g., 28-day notice periods) and ensure compliance with notification and submission timelines
  • support the drafting of responses to Employer / Engineer correspondence and instructions (MARs, Site Instructions, etc.)
  • coordinate documentation for payment applications, variation evaluations, and claim justifications
  • interface with engineering, procurement, and planning departments to ensure contractual risks are properly captured
  • assist in dispute avoidance by ensuring timely communication and record-keeping
  • provide administrative support during audits, meetings, and reporting cycles

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Law, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • minimum 4 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in FIDIC-based EPC projects
  • familiarity with variation, claim, and payment procedures under international contracts
  • strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
  • experience in infrastructure or marine projects is preferred
  • good command of MS Office tools
  • knowledge of document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Meridian) is an advantage

Nice to have:

  • Experience in infrastructure or marine projects
  • knowledge of document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Meridian)
What we offer:
  • Opportunity for professional development within a project of strategic importance for the country’s energy security
