Job Description

Contract Role: 6 months. Our client, a global real estate company is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant, driving enterprise-wide cultural and operational transformation within a leading global real estate and investment management organization. Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, combining change consulting with hands-on leadership to deliver sustainable organizational transformation.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development of change strategies for complex programs across global business units
  • Coach senior leaders in effective change leadership
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted engagement strategies
  • Facilitate change workshops and leadership alignment sessions
  • Build and maintain change agent networks
  • Conduct change assessments and address barriers to success
  • Develop and execute communication strategies and training plans
  • Monitor change progress and adapt approaches as needed
  • Support crisis management during transformation phases
  • Enhance change management standards and mentor internal change agents
