The organisation is undergoing a major CRM transformation, migrating from Siebel to Salesforce. The first phase of the program focuses on launching Salesforce CRM with mobile capability by March next year. Subsequent phases will support Managed Data & Services and IoT offerings across Enterprise, Government, and SME customer segments. As part of this transformation, the change in backend systems presents an opportunity to significantly enhance customer experience through the implementation of a new customer portal using Salesforce Experience Cloud. The program is currently in the Design phase and requires an additional Business Analyst with strong Telecom Order Management experience to support solution design and delivery.
Job Responsibility
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements with a focus on Telecom Order Management with Enterprise, Government and SME customers.
Work closely with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams during the design phase
Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise, government, and SME customer requirements
Requirements
Candidates (12 to 15 +yrs experienced) / Contract BA’s / Senior BA’s from Telecom background ONLY having end to end Customer Order management experience. Process mapping and process re-imagination. (non negotiable).
CRM or Salesforce experience (preferred, if it’s a combination of both, then that’s a perfect fit).
Experience with Experience Cloud (good to have).
Can join quickly/ within 2 to 4 weeks , earlier if possible.
