Job Description:

Client is seeking 2 detail-oriented and reliable Contract Billing Clerks to join our team in Springfield, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with strong accounting and Excel skills who can manage billing processes accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform billing and accounting-related tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office tools for data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Process and review financial transactions and billing records
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications and interactions
  • Ensure attention to detail in all financial documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting, billing, or mathematics-related roles
