Job Responsibility

Manage end-to-end contract administration, including intake, drafting, submission, tracking, and execution of a high volume of agreements
Monitor and track requisition requests from submission through financial approval and PO creation
Create and submit contract and financial requisitions using SAP/Ariba and Coupa/Spend Source
Research vendors to confirm active status
manage new supplier submissions and updates as needed
Draft and route contracts such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Scopes of Work (SOWs), and Change Orders for review and negotiation
Serve as liaison between BioMarin, internal business partners, and external vendors to facilitate contract execution
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Coordinate complex workflows across Procurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely progression of tasks
Engage cross-functionally to assess contracting needs, obligations, and revisions
