Job Description:

A premier international bank with a strong global presence seeks a Contract Associate for its Hong Kong Branch. This role in the Global Trade Finance Department focuses on driving innovative trade solutions and sustainable growth. Join a dynamic team shaping the future of finance in the East Asia region.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the lead in advancing key projects for regional growth, focusing on trade advancements, sustainability, and cross-product promotion (e.g., liquidity and FX solutions)
Handle reporting, administrative tasks, and support financial institution transactions
Contribute to in-depth market and client research, and aid in regulatory application processes
Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners
Propose enhancements to workflows and practices, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in commercial banking or trade finance
Expertise in trade operations, receivables financing, and Supply Chain Finance solutions
Understanding of credit and operational risks associated with trade products
Familiarity with market dynamics, competition, and regulatory frameworks
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities
