Job Description

Excellent long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to work on a major social housing portfolio across Birmingham. Contract expected to last for a minimum of one year, but is likely to be an open ended longterm contract for the right candidate.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting management surveys with Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) elements on social housing properties
  • surveying communal areas associated with residential blocks
  • performing re-inspections and assessing external property elements as required

Requirements

  • BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification
  • Demonstrable recent experience in conducting surveys, particularly within a social housing or residential setting
  • own survey toolkit and appropriate PPE including a half-mask with a recent face-fit certificate
  • own reliable vehicle
  • valid Asbestos Awareness certificate
