Job Responsibility

Ensuring our on-site store is open for the core-contracted hours of 09:00 – 15:00, Monday – Thursday (24 hours a week)
Delivering first class customer service and effectively managing customer orders and quotations utilising both Arco’s and Customers ordering platforms
Supporting AWE Stakeholders to manage respiratory equipment
Managing our dedicated customer email inbox
Pro-actively managing customer back orders, looking at ways to deliver to time, source alternatives and keep Site Manager and customers updated
Organising returns and collections and rotation of stock according to season
Assisting with event planning
